1. Antarctica
Antarctica is definitely the coldest country in the world. The temperature can go as low as minus 89.2 degrees. Therefore, saying that it is not possible to live there would be an understatement. Apart from being cold, it is also very dry and the precipitation will literally kill you.
2. United States of America
